I've ventured into re-interpreting the book of Revelation in an attempt to unlock the meaning behind "the city of God”, infusing the event with a more mystical essence. This endeavor aims to delve into the esoteric perspective I've discussed in previous videos. The Book of Revelation, often laden with mysteries, unfolds as an allegory, inviting contemplation on the symbolic journey of humanity's ascension.

Revelation 21:3

"I heard a loud voice out of heaven saying, 'Behold, God’s dwelling is with people, and he will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God.'"

Note: This verse suggests a profound connection between the divine and humanity, symbolizing an intimate union where God's dwelling transcends earthly boundaries.

Revelation 21:5-7

"He who sits on the throne said, 'Behold, I am making all things new.' He said, 'Write, for these words of God are faithful and true.' He said to me, 'I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give freely to him who is thirsty from the spring of the water of life. He who overcomes, I will give him these things. I will be his God, and he will be my son.'"

Note: This proclamation signifies a cosmic renewal and introduces the concept of God as the eternal source, offering spiritual sustenance and a profound connection to those who seek.

Revelation 21:10-12

"...and showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, having the glory of God. Her light was like a most precious stone, as if it were a jasper stone, clear as crystal; having a great and high wall; having twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels; and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes…"

Note: The vision of Jerusalem descending symbolizes a celestial manifestation, with the precious stones and twelve gates hinting at divine order and governance.

Revelation 21:18-21

"The construction of its wall was jasper. The city was pure gold, like pure glass. The foundations of the city’s wall were adorned with all kinds of precious stones. The twelve gates were twelve pearls. Each one of the gates was made of one pearl. The street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass."

Note: The materials used in the city's construction hold symbolic significance, transcending their material essence to represent spiritual purity, clarity, and richness in the divine experience.

In contemplating these verses, one may explore the intricate symbolism, recognizing layers of meaning beyond the literal interpretation, pointing towards a profound tapestry of sacred geometry and design that extends beyond our current evolutionary understanding.

In the spirit of mystical interpretations, the words of John Michell in "The Dimensions of Paradise" resonate:

“The water beneath the Temple was both actual and metaphorical, existing as springs and streams, as spiritual energy, and as a symbol of the receptive or lunar aspect of nature."
