ʙᴜғғʏ ᴛʜᴇ ᴠᴀᴍᴘɪʀᴇ sʟᴀʏᴇʀ

𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 3 𝐄𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐝𝐞 7: “𝑹𝑬𝑽𝑬𝑳𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑺” 

Secrets are heavy in Sunnydale and when new faces arrive and old ones resurface, trust within the group begins to splinter. A new Watcher arrives and shakes up the Slayer dynamic with a hidden agenda. Xander and Willow’s romance edges closer to exposure and Buffy’s private world with Angel can no longer stay hidden from her friends — forcing everyone to face the truth, whether they’re ready or not.

This week on Revamped, we tackle the episode that brings in Gwendolyn Post, Faith’s new “watcher” we all hate with an attitude that had Courtney side-eyeing her from the jump. We explore her hidden agenda and the cracks in trust between Buffy and Faith she and Xander create, also pointing out his relentless habit of bending the truth to suit his narrative. Between loyalty tests, hidden motives, and friendships pushed to the limit, this one gave us plenty to chew on. Not to mention all the thirsting for slayer on slayer action.. and not the fighting kind. 😉 

I’m curious what you all think about whats going on…do you think Buffy was justified in keeping Angel a secret, or did it backfire on the group? Did Xander cross a line? Should Willow have been real with Buffy? And do you wish Faith had spoken up when it mattered most? So many questions and even more what-ifs.
