First of all, it’s time for a portfolio review. Steve W has had a quiet three months compared to Steve D, but what have we been buying and selling since July?
Then it’s on to Nike, where things have been tough since pandemic-induced tailwinds have abated. But there’s some optimism around the stock, after a decent earnings report, so is this the opportunity the Steves have been waiting for?
After that, it’s on to Realty Income, which is down 21% since the start of the year. Steve W reviews the case for and against, with a dividend yield approaching 5% and prospects for growth in Europe.
Lastly, there’s a mystery s to look into – how is it possible for a company to be profitable before tax, but not after? The Steves have their thoughts, but they’re still on the lookout for such an elusive business…
