Labels. A peanut butter jar has them. Should a mama have labels? Maybe, but they are restricting her in her capacity. Squeezing her into a jar that really she does not fit in. In the last 2 decades I have seen every label of parenting put in place but none of them should ever define someone. A gentle guide that blows them through the wind of life. 

This one could feel tough and squeezy if you are in the early years of parenting. Proceed with love for yourself and learning. Skip if it does not feel like a calling.

What if sickness is a sign. A sign that things need to shift and change. That you need to slow down. That your life is too stressful. Chronicc stress. The number  1 killer that no one wants to talk about. 

I talk about how my kids don't get sick for as long anymore and why this is. If your kids are sick all the time then it is a sign showing you something needs to shift. What is it? Life too busy? How can you shift things? Drop some appointments. Stop some activities.
