John welcomes ABC News Correspondent Jordana Miller back to the show for the latest updates from Israel. Jordana recounts Joe Biden's visit and the Gaza hospital bombing (which we now can confirm was the work of Hamas, whether deliberately or accidentally).
Fairfax mother and education activist Suparna Dutta -- previously one of Governor Youngkin's nominees for Virginia's Board of Education, slated to take her spot there earlier this year -- joins John to criticize State Senate Democrats who torpedoed the nomination, and Ghazala Hashmi in particular. (Senator Hashmi, for instance, has not condemned the recent Hamas attacks to the best of our knowledge -- but has previously expressed pro-Palestinian viewpoints, as well as ones critical of Israel. Meanwhile, Senator Hashmi has criticized Ms. Dutta, an Indian woman, as being "align[ed]" with "white supremac[y]" -- an assertion that Virginia Lieutenant Governor Winsome Sears called "hate[-based].")
Note: During her interview, Ms. Dutta mistakenly referred to Anwar Al Awlaki as the mastermind of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001; he was, in fact, the imam of a mosque attended by some of the 9/11 hijackers.
President & CEO of Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest, Alyson Ramsey, joins John to talk about the historic landmark -- and to discuss burgeoning plans for America's 250th birthday celebration. (Well, let's hope that it's a celebration still by then!)
The Epoch Times' National Security Correspondent, Andrew Thornebrooke, joins John, to weigh in on the war in Israel and the ramifications for the United States.
Republican Delegate Buddy Fowler, of the 59th House District, joins John to talk about the re-election campaign.
ABC News Correspondent Jordana Miller rejoins John this morning, to talk about Joe Biden's arrival in Israel, as well as the hospital bombing in Gaza.
For the latest installment of "Giving Tuesday," John talks to Christine Walters of the nonprofit organization Tech for Troops.
Matt Mackowiak, pollster and President of Potomac Strategy Group, joins John to reflect on Virginia's legislative contests; the race for Speaker in the House; and Matt's Texas nonprofit organization, Save Austin Now.
After appearing on our show last week, local Jewish leader Chuck Lessin booked a one-way trip to Israel (where some of his family resides). Today, he's back on the show, to tell John about what he's seeing in Israel and what day-to-day life is like there at present.
Virginia GOP Chairman Rich Anderson joins John, to weigh in on the war in Israel and Democrats who are sympathizing with Hamas. Rich also gives John an update about the state's campaign season, with just three weeks to go before Election Day.
