Amy and I have one of the weirdest stories of meeting - but for those that know us, it's also the most natural way we could have ever met! And from there - we've remained "virtual" friends and have kept the girl crush alive for years with the help of Facebook and Instagram. .
One of the many interesting things about Amy is that she and her now husband, Eddie, live in a van. full time. They've done this for 4 years and have gone across the United States FIFTEEN times! It was entirely accidental how it came to be and completely wonderful. When you live and work with someone in that kind of proximity 24-7, you learn to communicate on a whole new level.... and we talk about what that looks like!
Amy and Eddie travel the globe teaching acro yoga and really sharing joy through movement in very powerful ways. She just released her first book- "Collage: Acrobatics, Acroyoga, & Movement" - available on Amazon, and can be found teaching workshops, planning festivals, and "flying" people all over the world.
It was my absolute honor to chat with her and ask all the questions I've had about van life (and more) for so long!

Grace Good also known as Messsmerizing is a multi-talented hula hoop and circus artist based in Nashville, Tennessee. Grace fell in love with circus arts in 2011, although there was the unicycle phase in 5th grade.
I've known Grace from almost the beginning of hr journey and have LOVED watching her evolve into a jaw-dropping performer and BUSINESS WOMAN (YES!)!
From there her circus journey begun! Grace has become a well known and award winning performance artist. Winning 2015's Fire Hooper of the Year and 2017's Fire Hooper of the Year Award on Hooping.org, her videos have gone viral all over the internet gaining thousands of followers. Grace co- owns and performs with Nashville based circus company, Beyond Wings Circus and performs at events with Cirque Dreams Productions, EVOL Kid Media, and directs the circus program at Nashville Circus Center. Grace manages talent and performances at Plaza Mariachi Music City and performs at events across the country.

If you google "Rebecca Lynn Howard" you'll learn that she has won multiple Grammy Awards, has written numerous hits, and rubs elbows with some of the most famous musical legends around. She traded in a solo career and became a founding member of the Loving Mary Band and now tours with the one and only Steven Tyler (yes, the front man of Aerosmith).
What Wikipedia won't tell you is how much she loves people and how important her faith is to her success. I had the privilege of living across the street from Rebecca for many years and we shared some hard times together. It is a privilege to get to share her with all of you - the Rebecca I know and love.
Her faith and her outlook on life are inspirational and she allows us to peek into her heart in this raw interview that may or may not have involved some tissues.
