She's a wife, mom of four, 2018 Texas Strongman Champion, 2019 USS National Qualifier, and multi-sponsored competitor.
She's strong in faith, mind and spirit and now, after a lifestyle overhaul, she picks up heavy objects, and you know...pulls semi trucks. In other words, she does all the heavy lifting.
She has opinions and isn't afraid to rally behind other women, even when their views are polar opposite. And you know I love that!
ALLLLL the cats come out of the bag...lifestyle, faith, losing her dad, raising a big family, momming, vax versus non-vax, abortion, christianity and LOTS of things.... and SO much more. I girl crush on her so hard and you CANNOT miss this!

I met Ranella in the summer of 2017 at a Fitness TV Launch Party. She had just come off of Season 1 of Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian and was learning how to make food and movement an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. We became friends immediately and it is such an honor to share her with you.
We talk about being a Phillipino... woman... if faith in the music business as well as the challenges and successes that have shaped her. For example, her mom's house burned down at Christmas. You know, the usual.
