Welcome back to Lorebeards, where Andy Law & Loremaster of Sotek journey throughout the Warhammer world to educate the masses on all the wonderful and horrible things that can be discovered! Today we'll be venturing into the Eastern Steppes, north of Grand Cathay's Great Bastion. A wild windswept plain of incredible size known for being the last uncorrupted land before one reaches the Chaos Wastes. Among the tall grasses and cracked dry patches lies an entire nation of incredible size, despite having no cities or stone foundations. Instead it is an colossal tide of Giant Wolves and Hobhounds pulling settlements built upon wheeled platforms that roams around to stay ahead of Chaos hordes and strike at vulnerable targets to loot and plunder. This is the Hobgoblin Khanate, made up by the titular Hobgoblins. A strange sub-species of the Greenskins race that are infamous for their backstabbing nature and nomadic lifestyle.
