With the NHL trade deadline a couple days away, JPat and Wadden go over some of the recent trade activity around the league, while chatting about the speculation of a deal centred around Brock Boeser and the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Canucks are back in Vancouver after a two-game road trip with stops in Nashville and St. Louis. The team held an optional practice today, with many of the top players vying not to take the ice. JPat and Wadden go over who did show up at Rogers Arena, while trying to figure out what the goaltending rotation could look like with Thatcher Demko looking to be close to a return. The boys also go over whether or not the Canucks should grab Kasperi Kapanen, as the Pittsburgh Penguins forward was placed on waivers on Friday morning.

The second half of the show features who the guys picked as their Players of the Week and who they got in the Rink Wide Penalty box. Plus, and update on the Fantasy Draft.

Canucks scored twice in the final two minutes of the game to even things up at 4-4, but can't complete the comeback falling 5-4 to the Predators in a shootout.

The Canucks took the day off on Friday, following a tough practice on Thursday where head coach Rick Tocchet spoke about his teams lack of communication on the ice being a concern of his. JPat gives an update on Thatcher Demko would reportedly had setback in practice on Thursday.
