Water doesn't fight reality. It accepts what it's given and finds a way. Then it goes to work building a better path over time. Be like that.

This is random, I know, but that doesn't make it less true. I'm not saying I haven't watched these shows and been entertained by them. That's different. Just pay attention and realize the underlying messaging and discuss them with those in your circle or under your care.

We have thousands of moments each day. Just because some of them are bad, terrible, tragic... fill in the blank, doesn't mean that entire day, week, or month needs to be labeled the same. It's a choice you get to make.

We might be on the way to this now. Maybe parts of societies always were and now we can just see it more. Either way, I don't want this to be my life. I like taking risks and trying things. If that makes me the weird one, I'm all for it 😂

Spend today being in the moment. Prep your body, mind, and soul. Compete in the thing. Do what today, this moment, has prepared for you. Tomorrow can worry about itself. Plan for the future live in the now.

I don't know about you, but I frequently think in the moment I'm doing worse than I really am. Now, I also know I have this tendency, so I do my best to ignore it and keep pushing. But hindsight certainly helps when I'm done 😂

If you have to ask me this, you already know the answer. Nobody is required to listen to my takes on life. I'll keep putting my thoughts out there either way 🤷‍♂️😂
