Know when you are stuck in the learning phase when you need to be in blinders.

Before you finish that criticism of another, ask yourself what you can do better as well. It's not that others might not need direction, correction, or addressing, but don't forget that you aren't perfect either. Address those faults as well.

This is why you need to reevaluate your own rules regularly. They might be helping at first, then change to be holding you back.

Being honest, or hearing the truth, isn't always comfortable. But how else can we learn and grow?

People that constantly try to break you need to be removed from your life. If they live by a different value system and moral code, then it's likely you're not meant to be.

Growing wasn't meant to be comfortable. That's the point. To get used to being out of your comfort levels so you can continue to be better for yourself and those around you.

You have the ability to handle your life. Do you have too much pride and ego to move on though? Religion, philosophy and cultures throughout have said the same thing. It doesn't matter what you've gone through. It only matters how you respond and keep moving forward.

Seeking support outside yourself is the way to get through a mental or physical challenge. When you focus on the negative thoughts, they compound.

You don't control any outcomes. You control your choices and responses. What happens from there isn't in your control.
