Join us on a journey through the depths of mental health as we explore the uncharted territories of our relationship. Almost 7 years ago, we vowed 'through sickness and health,' and today, we share our story.
In this deeply personal episode, I interview my husband, shedding light on his side of the journey through my depression. Sometimes, in the midst of our own mental health struggles, we fail to see how it affects those around us. I wasn't alone on this path; my husband also battled depression and anxiety, all while trying to provide for our family when life itself felt like a challenge.
We candidly discuss our experiences with anxiety, depression, and the looming specter of a possible divorce. After years of desperation, we found our way back to each other. This is our truth—a testament to love, resilience, and the enduring promise of 'through sickness and health.'
