And what's good systems and processes if you don't review them all, check they're performing as they should and then reset as necessary?
Systems, no matter how good they are, won't cut the mustard if you don't have the right processes and procedures.
When trying to achieve a consistency of output or outcome, you need to have good systems in place. What do you have?
A few weeks ago, I chatted with Beth Berghan about having the difficult conversations before they became hard conversations and I found some words to live by.

Rick Nuske believes the rate of failure in small to medium size businesses is both unacceptably high and largely avoidable.
He also believes that with a little bit of help, small to medium size businesses can achieve much better results. Additionally, he believes that it's his obligation to help increase the survival rate by sharing everything he knows about getting results online.

What do you think? Any great tips or tricks you want to share?
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take - Wayne Gretsky
Michael Jordan is the highest scoring basketball player in the NBA (at least). I believe he's also the one the most missed shots. Why? Because he knows that you gotta take the shot to even be able to make it.
Business is like that too. What do you think?
