Sometimes life throws tests at us. Sometimes were tested to see whether or not we’re going to rise above situations or whether we  will drag ourselves down down to someone else’s level.  We have a choice every day as to whether we’re going to let what people say and do bother us. It isn’t worth wasting your time or energy dealing with people who are not at your level. Remember that when people are mean or they bully, it’s because they are hurting themselves. We should feel compassionate for them because they have to be miserable inside. It takes a lot of energy and effort to try to drag someone else through the mud. I feel bad for people who waste their time with such things. Just remember when you’re tested you have a choice rise above or fall below.
