In today's episode I wanted to share with you a perspective around meditation that I you may find helpful. Having a run a mediation community in Barcelona the past year, I realise meditation is not for everyone - and that is OKAY.

This is for you if you've ever found  sitting down to 'do' meditation difficult  - I believe this is such healthy and transformative practice but actually may surprise you that a formal 'sit down and do meditation' it is NOT the thing that has transformed my inner world the most, deepened the connection to myself and ignited my creativity and confidence through the roof.
