Bio: Risa is a certified integrative nutrition health coach and Founder/CEO of Modern Aging. She is also a documentary filmmaker and TV producer/director. Her mother had a massive stroke in 2001 and then was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2009. Her father was diagnosed with dementia in 2016. These experiences are the inspiration for Modern Aging, a place where we can discover innovative and holistic ways to approach our health and well-being as we age.
