RJ Curtis is the Executive Director of Country Radio Seminar (CRS). RJ spent the first half of his career working in radio stations on the West Coast. He then moved to Nashville to work in journalism, and would become the Nashville Editor for the All Access Music Group. As the current head of CRS, RJ oversees every aspect of the conference. We talk about what it takes to pull it off, RJ's rise in the industry, the history and future of radio and so much more.
