Olympic Cyclist Kristen Faulkner began riding as a hobby, while working in finance. Her passion quickly evolved into much more, leading her to quit her job to race competitively. While the 31-year-old Harvard grad didn't initially qualify for the Paris games, she was called to join Team USA when another athlete resigned. She went on to bring home two gold medals for Team USA, becoming the first American to win an Olympic cycling road race medal in 40 years.
