How do you feel when you "fall off track" ?

Do any of these thoughts sound familiar?

What is wrong with me?
I should have......
I could have.....
Why did I........
It's going to take a lot to........
Here I am again..........
Why can't I......

Down the rabbit hole of shame and guilt (although you may not notice it as such because you're trying to figure out how to fix it). But instead of "fixing it" you keep repeating the same pattern.

Don't worry you are not the only one who does. Shocker....I still have them sometimes, way less than before but I am human just like you. I just have more tools and now I want to give them to you.

In this episode I share my journey of "falling off track" in my health journey to lose weight and return to my athletic self and  how I quickly recalibrated so that I can be, feel and experience my life the way I want!

Yep, it's easy to criticize ourselves AND it can feel just as easy to listen and give ourselves the space to quickly shift into feeling good again.

I'll let you in on a secret, the foundational tools are the same and once you learn how to use them in one area of your life you can use them in ALL the areas of your life.

Calling all LGBTQ+ and Female entrepreneurs and professionals!

Johnson, Social Media Agency Owner, Profile Writer and LinkedIn Trainer, (PLUS - LGBTQ+ community member, my long time buddy and accountability partner for the last 2.5 years) and I share some **powerful** ways that you can be fully yourself in the online space simply by adjusting your online profiles. 

This is especially important if you are in the LGBTQ+, female or other marginalize communities. Eric shares his story of breaking free from the toxic pressure of the online world and stepping out fully as himself. He shares his story of coming out online and the one realization that he had that truly set him free! 

Are you able to represent yourself online exactly the way you want to? For a long time I wasn't. Showing up as 100% yourself 100% of the time online can feel tricky and confusing.

There's a lot of moving parts.  Your online profiles are one of the most important. 

They're the first thing people read to find out if they want to hang out on your page, hire you or share what you do with others. 

I have struggled to get my FB, IG,  and LinkedIn profiles "right" (whatever that means). 

Can you relate?
👉 I looked at other peoples profiles (can you say comparison)? 
👉 Put in all the words the experts told me to put in (not words I say)
👉 I even created a "dynamic" tag line to "make an impact" and.....nothing!

I tried to make it sound like me but the fact of the matter was that none of it was like me. Just words I "tried on" to reach more people. 

It's time for those of us in the LGBTQ+ and female communities to STOP:
🚫 Hiding 
🚫 Feeling like we can't show up exactly the way we want to
🚫 Giving into what you are supposed to say, do or be
🚫 Settling for representing ourselves in small ways so other people aren't offended, intimidated, threatened, or uncomfortable. 

I don't know about you but my life is just to dang short to be thinking about how other people want me to show up, be or do. 

It's time for you to be 100% yourself 100% of the time - NO SHAME OR GUILT NEEDED. Everywhere🦄 including online.

This episode of Road to Radical Visibility I share with you how Negative thoughts, feelings and energy are affecting your ability be who you want to be and live and experience life the way you want to. 

Negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are NOT helpful when they are present the majority of the time. Think back, how many times do you have a negative thought in your mind and it affects that way your body feels? Or maybe you don't feel anything in your body? In both cases this video is for you. 

One minute you're happy and the next you're feeling all of the feels. (You know the ones you don't want to feel). This rollercoaster of emotion takes a toll on your body.  Yep, it does! Not convinced or just unsure if it is, then you'll want to stick around. 

In this episode, I share with you exactly how to tell, release and shift the negativity that is trapped in your body. 

Here is what I cover: 
3 Signs that you have negative energy in your body
3 Ways to Release negative energy from your body
3 Ways you can tell when negative energy has left your body

You're already probably feeling the effects of the negative energy that is 
stored in your body you just may not know why it's there or how to release it in a healthy way. 

If you don't know what to release  or how to release the negativity you will often do more harm than good when trying to avoid or get rid of the negative feelings in the body. (This looks like numbing out, constantly day dreaming, not paying attention, or saying "it is what it is" all of the time). You don't need to go the extreme to feel better, I promise you that!

There is a better way and I want to share it with you.
Negativity that is stored in the body plays a major role in you feeling the freedom and confidence to be 100% you 100% of the time without shame or guilt.

It's a process AND it doesn't have to take a long time. It just takes a willingness to explore and un-attach from what you know and play with the possibility that you can be, feel and have exactly what you want in life.

How often do you find yourself in  a spiral of negative thinking?

Finally, at 50 I found my twin!  "Twin win!", as Lyndsay and Leslie (on HGTV Unsellable Houses ) would say, twin, win! This episode will go down as one of my all-time favorites so far.

I didn't know what it would feel like to be surrounded by 2600+ people who accepted you for who you are, celebrate you no matter if you rode every mile or not, and treated you like you belonged at every breakfast, lunch, and dinner table. 

I mean I had dreamed of a place like this but never experienced it before until I decided to put it all out on the line and attempt to ride 545 miles over 7 days. It was the illusive experience I had been searching for - like that rainbow 🦄 people tell you doesn't exist but deep down you know it does and you're ready to find it so you keep believing. 

I am here to tell you that it DOES exist! It is inside of you and outside of you and I am going to keep it front and center in my life. It created even more of a fire in my heart and body to create a community that empowers you to be 100% yourself 100% of the time NO shame or guilt is needed.
