One of the most important ingredients to radical visibility is being brave of heart. It all starts with listening and allowing yourself to be seen and heard by yourself and then to others. 

You may be feeling that murmur or banging on your heart that is telling you it's time to show up EXACTLY how you want to. Not because you should, or someone wants you to, or that is what is expected of you. Time to throw that shizzz out the door. 

Fear, worry, and not being enough are just a few things that stop you from being our truest selves in the world. It is time to heal and move through to experiences our fullest way of being in business and life. 

It's time for you to break out and break free from the things that are holding you back. Our somatic bodies hold onto trauma and experiences that can hold you back.

This first time I kissed a girl in the 4th grade. I kept is secret to avoid the shame and ridicule by my parents and the church. The people who were supposed to my safety were the ones who taught me not to accept my truest self. This taught me to have high anxiety about my truest desires and not to trust myself, because "they" knew more than me about how I should be to get to heaven. (Oh and being gay was not one of them.) Even at this young age I new that this was not my path but I was young and this was what I had to do. I couldn't speak up then (believe me I tried and ended up in detention more times than I can count) but in time I started to separate myself and regain my desired way of being in the world.

In a time when we are beginning to become aware of all of the cultural/societal/religious beliefs that have covered up who we really want to be in the world now is the time to be 100% yourself.

As an empath, neurodiverse person and a part of the LGBTQ+ community this can feel really difficult and overwhelming and I want to tell you that I am here to support you. 

Being yourself 100% of the time takes courage.

Courage comes when we connect with our hearts and then allow ourselves to speak our truth to ourselves and others. This is the deepest parts of yourself.

I wonder what would courage look like for you in:
Your Business
Your Family System
Your Faith/Spirituality/Church
Your way of interacting in the world
Your Relationships
Love?

You may be feeling a desire to stop conforming and to break out of the box that you have been put in by cultural/familial/religious belief or systems that are no longer helpful. I want to empower you to play with the possibility of the freedom you may feel if you spoke from your heart.

Radical visibility shows up for each one of us in it's own way. It's time for you to develop your own formula for radical visibility and success in your life.

In this episode of Road to Radical Visibility I share with you the #1 place to start when you want to begin to show up 100% as yourself unapologetically in your life with strength and confidence.

Speaking your truth and showing up as yourself can feel overwhelming and confusing and yet they are at the very core of becoming radically visible to yourself and others. Radical visibility isn't just speaking up when you are angry, frustrated or annoyed it is the ability to know how you want to interact energetically in the world and doing that 100% of the time independent of what others opinions, thoughts, feelings or expectations are. It requires us to develop self-respect. I believe when we act respectfully to ourselves we are respectful to others. 

So many times throughout our lives we are taught to quiet our voices, to only speak when we are spoken to, to only contribute when you have something that will add value and it doesn't end there.  This continues as we try to maintain our roles in family systems, jobs and friend groups. Redefining the way you want to be is scary, hard and can feel overwhelming and speaking up can feel like a risk and I want you to know you are not alone. 

When you know what is a "yes please" and "no thank you" in your life you:
Show up as your authentic self,
Speak your truth without apology, 
Know how you to respond instead of react,  
Trust yourself to know the exact right timing, 
Feel a deep calm within you, and
Your path becomes very clear. 

There is an internal strength, knowing and fortitude that allows you to be passionate about your life and business. 

You feel fulfilled and free.

Has anyone ever told you to just "Fake it till you make it"?

I have and it seems to be a common phrase that is told to people when they have a desire to be or do something but are too scared, afraid, or nervous to do it.  The theory is that eventually you will "con" your mind into believing that this is the reality and then starting being and doing what you want.

BUT.. and this is a big BUT (lol) reminds me of the song, "I love big butts and I will not lie..." I digress, focus Rachel focus!

It is not sustainable nor is it the fastest way to rewire your brain, because it is just not about your brain. It's about your brain, body and spirit. A wholistic approach.

Creating confidence on camera is not a "fake it or make it" gig. It is created by shifting the emotions, thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back. It's time to bust through them.

Are you avoiding or not creating video content because it makes you feel vulnerable?

Vulnerability can look/feel  like:

and many more ways of feeling.
