Experiencing ease, flow and confidence in finding your voice and speaking your truth with mediums such as video is possible.

As a psychotherapist for the last 18 years and my work with 1000's of individuals has given me some insight into what truly holds us back especially as women from confidently and fully being ourself in the online world and beyond.

This week on the RFS Live Show I am going to share them with you.

This is what I know:
✅Your voice needs to be heard
✅Your message needs to be heard
✅Your being needs to been seen
✅Your desire to show up fully as you needs to be realized.

What if you don't?  You may experience:
➖a persistent, nagging feeling like there is something missing
➖a feeling that you have sacrificed for to long and want to stop ignoring, cutting off, numbing or demeaning parts of yourself that want to see the light again
➖consistent little of big feelings of self-doubt, fear, shame, unworthiness
and
➖a constant struggle from inside of you that creates confusion and hides your truth.

It's time that we stop looking to the "experts" to tell us what we should say, be and do on video and beyond. The only way you will feel aligned with your business is if you are being your truest self. There are a lot of people that can give you strategies, funnels, templates and processes but until you begin to honor your truest way of being it will feel like a struggle. This deeper knowing of yourself will help you know exactly what you need in order to create the business and life you want. 

Being your truest self on video, in your business and in your life is how you will create impactful content that connects you with the people needing to hear your message. This is a way of being that feeds your soul so that you can continue to do the important work that you do. Learning how to be, speak and lean into you truest way of being can feel vulnerable and risky but it is the sweet spot. If you have been feeling timid about fully being yourself in the online world, on video or in your life I invite you to listen to this episode. 

But Rachel you say it's not that easy,

I also know that your mission is too important to keep a secret.

"Just be you", she said and I was like yeah, I don't think so. 
"Just do it, push through the fear", she said and I was like I don't know how.
And even when I got around to pushing through my message did not come across like I wanted it to. 

You see I haven't always been the way I am now on video. It has taken a lot of:
❤️Self love
🔑internal work
and  
🔥courage to decide that my mission was greater than my fear. 

Being authentic and showing up as yourself can feel very risky, but it does not mean that is the reality.

Have you ever shot a video or gone live only to leave the experience feeling embarrassed, deflated and saying to yourself, "Well, you bombed that. I won't be doing it again for a long time".
Or maybe you decided to give it another go but still struggle to communicate clearly your message to those who need it the most. 

These thoughts and feelings are not uncommon but the choice to engage and stay in those feelings is your choice. I know this may sound harsh but it is the truth. Sorry not sorry. 

You see these feelings can be temporary unless you decide to 
👉 invite them into your space, 
👉 sit them on the couch🛋️  
👉 give them some popcorn🍿  and 
👉 ask them to hang for a while. 

Whenever you decide to show up with more vulnerability and share more of yourself you are taking a risk but it does not have to feel risky. 

You CAN feel 💥confident 💥and experience the multitude of rewards that come along with the risk.

It's time for women create ultimate trust in yourself! It's time for women to develop a way to  trust themselves that is sustainable, creates freedom and releases them from what is holding them back from expressing, being and living in the world just the way they want to.

It's time to stop bending, manipulating, fitting and shoving yourself into ways of being that are contrary to the way your heart, soul, and body are wanting to interact in the world.

It is time to ditch all the expectations that have been put on you by society, culture, religion, familial dysfunction and anything/anyone else and say "No thank you".

If you are ready to:
 ✨uncovering what holds you back from speaking your truth.
 ✨tapping into the reality that you know what is best for you and
     when you trust yourself you naturally create the impact in the world you want to
     create.
✨feeling abundant in your energy, time and being.
✨making decisions with very little self-doubt if any at all and if self-doubt does come
    up quickly know exactly what to do to find your truth.
✨seeing yourself as the courageous, heart driven, intelligent and beautiful being that
     you are.

THIS IS THE GOOD NEWS!

I spoke with a woman recently who like so many women I speak to believed that she had to give up her emotional and mental wellness in her business for emotional and mental health in her personal life.

"Rachel, what I really need is BOTH - emotional (personal) and business support, kind of like a business therapist. I have been looking for someone who can understand my emotions in my personal and business life. Each one is affecting the other.

I have the education and experience but I know I have some emotional stuff too. I want to handle them both at the same time. I have a dream to use my love of art in my work and create an income that allows me focus on my business, family and myself. "

Women are craving a holistic approach to their lives and this includes business and it's time to have it.
