On this weeks episode I was joined by Mark DeLaRosa, aka MDLR on YouTube. Mark is an avid fisherman and his passion for fishing, redfish especially, comes through when he describes being out there, the feeling he gets while sight fishing, and in the stories he shares. I found Mark on YouTube a long while ago and since then his genuine personality, and a commonality of using the kayak to pursue fish, led to a binge of all his content. I am confident that if you take the time to listen to this episode, and subscribe to Mark's channel, you will be hooked for life. I am hopeful that my interaction with Mark extends beyond this episode and that I can find a way to record with him live one day soon! Mark, thank you for coming on and sharing your passion.

This week we were able to speak with Fred Bohm. Fred is known for his hunting out west and his ability to take awesome photos of his many adventures.  Fred was a wealth of knowledge and was gracious enough to talk to us about the opportunities for Mule deer and Coues Deer in Arizona. We hope to get Fred back on the show in the near future and maybe meet up with him out in Arizona one day.

This week we were able to speak to Greg Godfrey of Tethrd about Kayak Fishing and his trip to Cranberry Lake. Greg is an extremely humble outdoorsman and has a passion for hunting and fishing.  Greg breaks down fishing from a kayak and gear that he enjoys on his kayak.  We cannot wait to get Greg back on the show in the near future to talk about saddle hunting.  I hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did recording it.

This week we were lucky enough to speak with Jess Bond of Oklahoma and we discussed her entry into hunting, hunting Rio Turkeys, and how she noodles for catfish in the summer. Jess was a blast to talk to and you can tell that she has a passion for the outdoors. I can't wait to catch up with Jess and her husband again in the future to swap a hunt and hear some of his stories around a campfire!

After a scheduling issue occurred this week, we sit down to discuss their recent turkey hunt. Walt drove down to Gainesville to hunt with Chase on what is most likely his only chance to hunt birds this year. The clock was no ally to us as I only had a few hours to chase birds before other commitments required my return to Tallahassee. We talk about the last giveaway AND we drop some subtle hits about an upcoming event that's coming to a podcast near you.

This episode goes into a turkey hunt about a banded Osceola turkey that was wearing a GPS backpack.  We talk about several other turkey hunts and go over some turkey gear and tactics. The guest also goes into detail about information he received from local biologist about his turkey.

This episode is a general BS session between the hosts as we talk about saltwater fishing this spring, recall our turkey hunting seasons, and Chase brings to the podcast a turkey hunting story so you can get to know him a little bit better!
