On a very special episode, I'm down in the Kitchen recording while the hustle and bustle of the house is going on. You may or may not hear my nieces, sisters, or my mom in the background of the recording and it's sweet. It's funny they get all shy when a mic is on. This is endearing to me. They have no problem being on tik tok or on other socials but a mic is somehow making them all self conscious? Ha! Been on a 90s kick a lot! I jump back in trying to recreate the energy and to recall everything I lost in the first segment starting out with a loud revving car engine. (Something similar shows up in the second segment!) I continue on with Frank 5 Day recollections, and I talk movies, music, books, jazz and more! It's a veritable  cornucopia of subjects and JUCKZ! I do get real. I think I mention my BIRTHDAY or did in the lost segment. I still mention some of what I did that day. I'll save that for next episode, coming real as Dr Dre famously said. I avoided toll roads. I went to Leonardo, NJ to the Quick Stop! I met lots of new people on the plane, at the airports, and in Red Bank. I also visited the old site of the Stash. Etc.
