Rob Oshinskie is director of sports performance and co-owner of the multiple-award winning Victory Sports and Fitness in State College, Pennsylvania, founded in 1998.

He is from Shamokin, PA where he was a two sport athlete.  


Rob graduated from Bucknell University where is studied pre-med and played football. In his 25+ years of experience, Rob has trained athletes from youth, to protessionals, to Olympic hopefuls.
