Back pain, shoulder pain, tightness, stiffness on a daily basis was my life (still is a little bit). I needed a breakthrough and back in December of 2016 I decided to do something about it. My relationship with church and with Jesus has been rocky throughout my life. 5 years ago I would never imagine I would doing a podcast with a Pastor, but things change and so do people.
