Last September, a common call was placed a comm center in Illinois: a man came home to find his house ransacked. The caller was interrupted by the sounds of gunfire. Another call came in: neighbor heard shots. Now the Plano Police and Kendall County Sheriffs Office respond to the scene of the crime, where a Ford Bronco is in flight. Officers give chase while medics find the 9-1-1 caller shot and killed. Now the suspect is in a do or die pursuit with police in heart of Aurora, forcing officers to take action while surrounded by dozens of innocent bystanders.
