Once again a few of the lads join us before the match and immediately after to compare and measure negativity levels for strictly socio-scientific purposes. Featuring: ranting and complaining, slating and praising, sadness and joy, and the f*cking wind outside the Stadium paid no doubt by the devil himself - Stewart Donald - to suppress Craig's reaction to his last interview... Aye.
Strong opinions + poor recording conditions = This. Hawaaaaay?

Have you ever wanted to know what traffic sounds like in Fleetwood on a New Year's Day while someone who sounds like they're about to drop dead from exhaustion talks about a dreary/meh Sunderland result while trying to find a parked car? Well you're in luck!
Once again we abandoned all hope of maintaining production values and sent out our intrepid Roker Rapport rambler Graham to record his, his mate's (and anyone else standing nearby's) thoughts pre-match and post-match.
This episode features: Graham obsessing over egg-on-face references, dodging traffic, attempting to pronounce pivotal, the ever present odour of fish, and the continuing saga of Phil "Happy" Parkinson. Take a breath - Release.

Former Sunderland Captain Danny Collins and Athletico Mince/TFTimeMachine host Andy Dawson join Graham and Sam in a lovely candlelit studio to go over the last 10 years of SAFC before giving up and hoying themselves into the Wear...
Trigger warning: Contains traumatic memories. Happy New Year Lads and Lasses!

Again lads and lasses, we have no studio this week so this episode (The Gavcast) is brought to you by RR Manager Gav and a few of his mates from an unnamed Pub because we're professionals like hew.. Featuring the "Argh this is sh*te mind" pre-match chat and immediately followed by the post-match "Wa f*cking mint ow" reaction and expert analysis.

Aye... due to the lack of a studio yesterday we decided to go all roving reporter and get Graham to get p*ssed and record some short bits on his phone with a few of the lads, starting in the fanzone prior to kickoff, through to HT (Love ya Liam) drinks, and straight to post match outside the SoL... ranting and dodging the Bolton team bus. It's barely organised chaos...
Contains strong language.

Merry Christmas! Sorry to interrupt your Christmas morning but we had to because... Sunlun.
So... Graham spoke with Lion of Vienna Suite manager Eddie about all things Bolton Wanderers (and Phil Parkinson)
Warning! Contains substantial lumps of coal.

MERRRRRRYYYY CHRISTMAAAAAAAAAAASS Lads and lasses! Join us for a quiz which was supposed to be festively themed... Yet somehow sounds like a normal quiz for a good half an hour. Our lads Jonny and Ant face off against the lovely Lauren McLeish and the almost as lovely Phil Smith to battle it out to win:
Nothing at all. Because why break the habit. Hawaaaaaaay
