The season felt like it was in full swing as we looked back over the 3rd round of the SGP Series and it was Bartosz Zmarzlik who once again took top spot as he reclaimed his position at the top of the pile in 2025 in Prague.

It was also a special weekend for the U16s as Villads Pedersen took gold in the SGP3 event at the same venue.

Qualifying took place for the European Series for 2025 and it was Dimitri Bergé who took victory at Stralsund in Germany to book his place in the series. This also sparked an interesting debate about the venues being shared for qualification meetings on the Continent.

We of course look back over the past week in the UK whilst looking ahead to more fixtures as our Meeting of the Week comes from Glasgow Tigers and Poole Pirates in an interesting Championship fixture.

Round The Boards Season 4 Episode 15: SGP2 + 3 Reviews plus SGP Prague Preview

It's another packed show as we take a look back over meetings from the previous week as well as looking ahead to what is coming up in the world of speedway. It was the qualifiers for the SGP2 and SGP3 series as Mathias Pollestad and Mikkel Andersen took top honours ahead of SGP2 whilst Cooper Rushen and Beau Bailey were the main men in SGP3 ahead of the SGP in Prague this weekend.

This week we saw a swing in the world of Speedway as Brady Kurtz took control of the SGP series with a 2nd place finish which saw him leapfrog the current World Champion, Bartosz Zmarzlik, into top spot. It was Jack Holder who took the top step in Warsaw, redemption for 2023 when he was cruelly denied an opening victory.

It was double delight for Sam Hagon as he retained his U21 title at Glasgow in a chaotic finish to the final, which saw Joe Thompson and Luke Harrison take the other steps on the rostrum.
