She demands that her brother help her get the car. When her brother refuses, she calls child protective services on him and accuses him of torturing his children. CPS then pulls OP out of school and interrogates him to see if his father actually tortures him. Imagine destroying someone's family because they don't buy you a new car!

The male employees maliciously comply by showing up to work the next day wearing the sexy outfits: short skirts and bare midriffs. The boss reverts the policy shortly thereafter.

In true Karen fashion, his manager calls him up months later and starts yelling at him for not coming into work on time. OP tries to tell her that he already quit, but she refuses to listen and threatens to fire him if he doesn't come into work. She even sends other employees to his house to drag him into work!

So, OP decides to wage war against his neighbors by recruiting an unlikely ally: ants. He uses a very clever strategy to get all the ants in the neighborhood to swarm his neighbor's house, transforming their house into a house-sized anthill! The Karen keeps trying to guilt trip OP into breaking her own rules and letting Karen's child bring a tablet into the daycare. Karen eventually crosses the line when she tries to make OP the bad guy in her child's eyes, so OP fires her! Karen leaves in tears, leaving OP to wonder if perhaps she was the butthole in this situation.
