We're back after a week away – Luke recounts a couple of races, Fran gives Sam some good advice and there's chat of some selfless behaviour in the Would You Rather...

After the dust has settled, Fran takes stock on her glute and gets it pummelled for an hour.

Sam visited Exeter Harriers and also gets pummelled for an hour.

And you guessed it, Luke's on a rest week, but pummels an hour (10 mins) of S&C.
