And so it begins – marathon block number 3 as pod-chatters together.
Have we learnt anything – probably.
Will we implement it – maybe.
Will we have fun – definitely!
We also receive another convo-provoking Would-You-Rather – please keep them coming, love to hear from you guys!
Enjoy!
We often make light of things on here but this week we speak about some of the awful words and actions that women have to deal with* when simply going for a run, as well as the brilliant work Surrey Police are doing to help.
There's also a great account to follow on Instagram called @cheerupluv - check it out!
In the meantime, stay safe out there and let's all let people just enjoy their run!
* To report catcalling, call the police on 101 or report it online via the police.uk website or your local force's website
We ask the big questions on this show, and none come bigger, or scarier, than this... enjoy!
Fran climbs/scrambles an actual mountain* and joking aside, everything else in this series (and the previous two) pales in comparison...
This is an epic story, no more spoilers, have a listen and enjoy!
* Don't try this at home, or in Greece, or anywhere!
We're back for another instalment of random run chat on the road to the Yorkshire - and Malaga - marathons.
Not both.
Oh wait, yes, some of us ARE doing both.
Well, this will be fun!
This week, Dr. Luke brings the Would-You-Rather, Sam falls over and Fran takes a hike - enjoy!
This week's would you rather got us thinking about why we run.
Sam's 5,000m race did the same!
Luke starts thinking about running more.
And Fran, she's got Runna thinking about her running!
So stop thinking, go for that run and put this episode on - enjoy!
Yep, told you so - we are back.
With marathons on the (pretty distant) horizon, we thought it'd be nice to speak to each other again and take you along with us.
This week, we catch up since we last spoke and bring a new segment - enjoy!
Zoe, a friend from the Tracksmith Mile a few years ago, talks all about how she got into running and why she kept going, even when it got hard!
With the NYC Marathon on the horizon, she's been busy acclimatising to the city and course - although work may also be a factor here - but let's pretend.
Zoe is also Type 1 diabetic so kindly shares all about this and how it impacts her running.
Another great chat all about loving running - enjoy!
The usual ramblings but somehow for double the time, what a treat!
We talk about our running, other people's running and sadly some injuries.
We also announce the end of series two and also what we all have coming up this summer - happy listening!
Instead of leaving Sam and Luke to yap away on their own for ages we brought in a guest host to yap along with them, for ages!
The guest did bring some good stories, a detailed race recap and a very unpopular opinion, or is it? You decide...
Enjoy!
