To my American listeners, happy Fourth of July!
Whether or not you’re celebrating, I thought this would be a great time to talk about INDEPENDENCE.
Because the truth is, you can definitely have too much of a good thing.
I’m in no way advocating for you to be codependent on a partner or lose yourself in a relationship.
But in relationships, people need to feel needed. If you’re not allowing the other person to feel needed, then you’re blocking off the opportunity for connection, vulnerability, and intimacy.
Relationships can feel flat or stagnant, and my guess is the other person will eventually just leave.
So if you…
...Have a hard time asking for help
...Can’t drop into your feminine energy
...Don’t even want your partner to open the door for you
Then you’ll love this episode!

Lisa is a dear friend of mine and I can’t wait for you to meet her too.
In this episode, we talk about how to deal with curveballs, whether from a cancer diagnosis, a loss, or just being single when you thought you wouldn’t be. Lisa also shares her story and how her diagnosis led her to creating a non-profit organization around the importance of understanding dense breast tissue.

I know you love to hate online dating!
It’s easy to believe that online is the root of your dating issues, why you hate it, and why you can’t meet anyone.
Because of that, I hear all the time women wanting to move into the offline space.
Look, I have a lot of opinions around whether or not online dating is the problem, but I don’t go into that (too much) this episode.
Instead, I help Judith figure out what she needs to do meet people offline. If you’re desiring to meet people in “real life” too, then you’ll love this episode.

There’s no way around it, getting over an ex can bring up all the feels. THAT’S NORMAL.
The goal isn’t to rejection proof yourself, it’s to build rejection resilience.
As much as getting over an ex isn’t fun, it’s an incredible time for deep healing and growth.
In today’s episode, I walk you through three ways to not just making getting over your ex easier, but how these are three hidden opportunities to grow as a person in your own life, and in your next relationship.

Oh the three month fizzle!
It’s all too real.
There could be MANY reasons your relationship fizzles out after 3 months. However, no matter what the reason is, if it’s a pattern, it means something deeper is going on.
The answer is NOT date more, pick better, or try not to be too demanding or needy. Something deeper is going on that’s causing you to attract people who initially fill a void, so it feels GOOD, and then once that fades out, the issues begin to surface.
In this episode, I share with Renee what to do instead, and what YOU can do to avoid the three-month fizzle.

It’s one thing to know intellectually that you want a partner and you want love.
Unfortunately, that’s now how you manifest and bring things into your life.
You have to go deeper than that. Just because you know you want a partner, doesn’t mean there aren’t emotional blocks that are keeping you out of love.
In my call with Jenny, she’s attracting plenty of people, but they aren’t the right ones. We uncover why and tangible steps she can take to change that.

Today I’m talking about the ONE THING that could be holding you back in your love life.
It’s a real obstacle that can STALL your personal growth, and I know because it’s stalled mine and I’ve seen it stall clients’ growth too.
I’m talking about the low-quality, bullshit questions you ask yourself that make you feel stuck. These are the questions that suck the soul out of you and can make you feel that you are not cut out for love.
In this episode, I’m sharing the 5 most common low-quality, soul-sucking questions, why they keep you stuck, and how to change them into high quality questions that inspire more love, abundance, and you getting closer to real love.

You know by now that dating by your intuition is the name of the game here… but what if your intuition and fear kinda feel like… the same thing? The good news is they’re not. But it CAN be tricky to know if your gut is telling you to stay away. Or if fear is running the show, and ultimately holding you back.
In my coaching conversation with Katy today, we dive into some important questions and techniques to use that’ll help her know the difference in no time. Once you apply these to your own life, you’ll have the clarity you need too.

This week on the podcast, I invited another client of mine to share her story.
I love Sara’s story because I know so many of you will be able to relate to it: wanting to be super independent, seeing the good in crappy guys and wanting to help them be the best they can.
Sara had reached a point in her life where if she didn’t end up meeting someone, she was going to be okay with that. And that’s just about the time she met Zach…
