Probably the most common thing I hear as a running coach is something along the lines of 'running hurts my knees so I don't run anymore' this is extremely frustrating to think the amount of people writing themselves off as runners because of knee pain. 

Running is not the problem, the way you are running is the problem! There is a difference. In this episode I explain what to look for if you or a friend has or have had knee pain. Let's take a look at ourselves first before we blame running!
