Struggling to make decisions (even small ones)? You’re not alone. In this episode, we unpack why decision-making feels so overwhelming, especially for people who overthink, fear failure, or want to “get it right.” From lunch orders to life plans, we look at what’s actually going on underneath indecision, and how perfectionism, pressure, and people-pleasing keep us stuck.
Zoe shares how building LOOP forced her to let go of being the “good student” and start choosing from trust, not fear. Megzy opens up about her relationship with productivity and the discomfort of slowing down.
This conversation will help you notice your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and start making decisions with more clarity and self-trust.
Plus, we’ve introduced a new segment: your weekly journal prompt, to help you slow down and reflect.

After a six-month accidental hiatus, we’re back on the couch, mics in hand, trying to remember how to podcast. In this first episode of Season Two, we catch you up on what’s been going on behind the scenes—life changes, identity crises, tech meltdowns, and the constant pull to do it all.
We reflect on the chaos that’s kept us rushing and talk about what it means to slow down when life keeps speeding up. Whether you’re an OG listener or brand new to the pod, we’re so glad you’re here. Let’s take a breath and begin again.

On this weeks episode we sit down with one of Megzy's great mates and the legend that is Matthew Thomas.
Matthew is a passionate freelance cinematographer, specialising in creating mesmerising visuals and compelling stories that leave a lasting impact. From breathtaking true stories to adrenaline-pumping brand films for sporting giants, he thrives on bringing each project to life with high-end production and attention to detail. The catch is, this can be at the detriment of his mental well-being and health.
Whilst Matthew was working on his very own feature film, he burnt out physically and mentally. From a severe case of conjunctivitis to hallucinations from sleep deprivation, he pushed himself to his edge.
We explore where Matty's relentless drive for success stems from and unpack the relationship he has with himself, and why working on yourself should always be your number one project.
This was such a warm, deep, vulnerable conversation and we know you are going to absolutely love.

In this weeks episode we speak to Lucy Jarvis, a yoga teacher, retreat host & business owner.
Life has a way of unfolding differently than we imagine, something Lucy has felt deeply through both joy and loss. Yoga and mindfulness have taught her the value of presence and acceptance, especially in moments of grief—like losing her brother to addiction or accepting a child-free life after IVF.
In this episode we talk about:
Loss of her brother Pat to addiction
What her experiences of grief have taught her about living
Her fertility journey & what it means to be a women in her late 30's with no children.
• Being a business owner and alleging her life to the values of yoga
Lucy's capacity to accept her hardships and turn them into learnings is incredible. We can all learn a lot from her wisdom.
