You already know that women need to feel their feelings. But that's only half of the equation...
A man assuming the role of 'Head of the Household' is an increasingly taboo concept. But it's the only way to really give your partner and dependents the space and safety to be themselves.
(Please excuse the sound quality. This was recorded in nature.)

Your 'Demons' = Patterns from your past that limit your present. These emotions/beliefs/tendencies tend to re-appear right when you're about to have a positive breakthrough. I share how you can slay your demons with a process from Radical General Semantics (Gad Horowitz).
Men have a new kind of "Fear of Women."
It's the fear that the woman they are intimate with, won't want to be in her feminine.
My wife pointed out to me that women have this fear too— of their own femininity.
She shares her recent experiences with the new levels of polarity.

Ken Blackman coaches people in relationships, sex, communication, and human dynamics. We met when he was the Head of Education at OneTaste. We reconnected recently via one of his writings that resonated with a challenge I've been feeling regarding being seen. We talk about the good ole cult days, navigating traps in the personal development industry and media, and sharing your truth.

Boyhood Wounds come from natural desires not met in childhood. When left open too long then turn into fantasy, delusion, and pathology. This episode explores some of the darker parts of male psychology, and how to heal the wounds that affect your adult behavior. Referencing Jung, Attachment Theory, and some of my embarrassing stories.
Fatherhood has felt like a continuation of my previous pursuit to become a good lover... Similar traits apply. Which is why I wanted to speak to my friend Steve Mayeda. I know Steve from way back in dating coaching days in the infamous PUA world. Steve is a father of 4 and currently runs Austin Men's Development. He shares about his divorce, balancing providing with presence, and fatherhood (and motherhood) in modern culture.
There was no such thing as “war” in the Stone Age.
Only through certain social advancements was war made possible by the early states.
This episode covers:
* History’s first war, first empire, and first fully centralized state.
* The art of “statecraft” as an extension of the dominance hierarchy.
* The fissure in male psychology as explained by Nietzsche’s Master and Slave Morality
* Why we can blame bread (and rice) for the suppression of masculinity
* How the Us vs. Them paradigm is constructed, and why it was necessary

Mac Lethal is a rapper, YouTuber, author, and recent Hindu convert (only partially kidding). We connected last month over an article I wrote regarding masculine-feminine dynamics, specifically on how to handle fiery women. We speak about how to regain the passion in a sexless marriage, why men are like swimming pools (not cups), and practical spirituality for the lifelong atheist.

Modern women have a difficult dilemma: the working world requires them to be in their 'Masculine' (competitive self) while fulfilling relationships require them to be in their 'Feminine' (interdependent self). As a man who dates women, you can help her enter her Feminine at least at home. Not only will you reap the rewards of high polarity intimacy, it's also an opportunity to level up as a man.
This episode draws on some fringe experiences in BDSM, and of course evolutionary biology.
