God's work in our lives is like a small mustard seed. When tended and with time it becomes one of the greatest trees. Take care of your small beginning

Many of the things that trouble us have nothing to do with daily supply. We always wish we can master the months and the years ahead but our God is a God of providing daily bread. Trust God for today and for the season you are in that He may meet with you and give you the grace to go through

Do not despise small beginnings. Nothing good happens immediately, it always starts small and grows significantly. We should therefore never despise ourselves but should by faith believe that the best is ahead of us and not behind us.

Nothing much happened as the Israelites circled Jericho for six days. There was no crack on the wall on day one and nothing much changed until the seventh day. Nothing may seem to happen for believers as they take a step of faith in the areas they are trusting God for but miraculously, at God's perfect timing, it happens beyond what we can imagine or think.

God is not unjust to forget our labour of love nor how we have always sought to honour him. The world will always celebrate its heroes but it is possible for us to wonder whether our labor will ever be rewarded. Jesus assured his followers that He who gives even a cup of cold water will never lose their reward.

God does not accomplish his purposes in our lives suddenly. He normally does his work in our lives step by step. He eliminates our enemies step by step until his purposes are accomplished in us!

A walk with God is similar to watching things outside using a keyhole when you are in a house. You can only see a limited part. God's work in the lives of believers take place step by step. His purposes in our lives to not unveil suddenly but He rather reveals his purposes to us step by step. He does not guide the way, He guides the steps

He who is forgiven much loves much. It is possible for great breakthrough to happen even where there are great hurts. We should never give up on anyone or even in our quest to seek reconciliation. The greatest of friends are often people who hurt each other and worked towards reconciliation and not necessarily those who have never hurt each other

It is not all people who will see or even admit their mistakes when they offend us. It is also not all people who will be willing to forgive when we apologise, repent and ask for forgiveness. How should you deal with search people. The scriptures asks us to live at peace with all people as far as it is possible. Do your part and when it becomes impossible, leave the results to God.

Quite often we find ourselves calling for judgement on those people who have hurt us. It is easier for us to call for fire on brimstone on those who have hurt others or taken advantage of them. God to the contrary has no rejects and wishes that all may come to repentance and know him. Instead of judging He wishes we pray for them and extend forgiveness that one day they may experience the power of forgiveness.
