This is the story of a man who dressed up as Santa Claus, rang a doorbell, and then turned the most festive night of the year into a furnace of bullets and fire. Nine people died. Three more were injured. Dozens of lives were shattered, and the crime scene was so catastrophic that forensic investigators had to separate melted ornaments from human remains.
