Heather shares with us some of her favorite trails in and around Virginia, including those found in Shenandoah National Park. She also shares with us some of her most memorable outdoor experiences, including jumping into a Blue Pool in an Alaskan Glacier field. We also learn about the incredible work she’s doing helping get BIPOC Women out on the trail and in the outdoors.
