Exploring your shadow side can be scary, hard and daunting, but discovering the shadow of the feminine and how that expresses itself is actually a safe and healthy practice to have in our lives. It's not as scary as what we might think when we think of the word shadow. It is very healthy that we look into our shadow to recover fragmented pieces of our mind from our childhood.

 

Shadow work uncovers repressed or denied aspects of self in the unconscious or subconscious mind which will helps us to integrate the inner child. We can approach the shadow through our conditioning, identifying our fears, and discovering our “Yes” and our “No.”
