David’s very keen to hear all about Joe’s new hobby of bread baking, which he’s taken up in an attempt to be more wholesome with his spare time. So David hatches a lovely plan to record a cosy Bake-Off style episode and begins by asking Joe to explain exactly what’s involved, in as much detail as possible.
