Joe revealed recently that he’s started going to the gym regularly. And as it’s quite a change in attitude for him, David wants to know the what, where and why about it all. Which doesn’t make Joe feel particularly comfortable. What with all the chat about gyms, David also reveals that his dad was really into the whole bodybuilding scene in the 80’s and once took him to see the world's strongest man - Bill Kazmaier - training in Brighton. So we get a full run down of the Mr Universe competitions from him, and Joe watches some old footage of it too. It’s quite the muscle-flexing episode.
