The last time that Joe going to the gym came up in conversation, he and David got totally distracted by 80s bodybuilding. So in this episode, David picks up on his questioning about why Joe’s no longer dismissive of using gyms and looking after his body. Then, in a total change in subject, David remembers it’s a year ago exactly he was on holiday in Antigua. That sparks off a whole load of reminiscing - and plenty of embarrassment too when he recalls his idea about moving there. It’s a very meandering episode, in the best Chatabix way of course.
