On February 21, 1974, the bodies of Norman and Isabel Michaelson – both in their 60s – were found at their bayfront Longboat Key, Florida home by dinner guests that had come in from out of town. His body was found in the yard; her body was found in the trunk of their car. Multiple weapons were used. No motive or suspect was ever identified.
