Thirty-seven-year-old convenience store clerk Barbara Jean Robelen was reported missing from the 7-11 store on Experimental Farm Road and US 41 in Palmetto, Florida on October 27, 1978. Three months later, her body was found in a ditch a little over 2 miles away on a desolate, dirt road.
