What a thrill! In today's episode I spend 26 minutes with the incredible Lisa Messenger, our keynote speaker from the Simply Business Summit. After recording this episode, I can truthfully say her presentation is going to be even more brilliant than I could have imagined.

• “I’d spent so many years over servicing, undercharging and being everything to everyone. The reason that something finally worked wasn't that I was the smartest person in the room or that I actually knew what I was doing... It was because I got my mindset into gear. We need to learn how to surround ourselves with people who are going to support us in whatever it is we’re trying to create. This is really important in business and as we grow in life.”

If you can’t afford the extra help you need… what skills can you share or exchange with another business owner instead of exchanging cash? This is a way that we can feel supported, lean into our own strengths and get help without having to pay physical dollars until we're able to.”
