Education Minister Chan Chun Sing, who was singled out by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in his National Day Rally speech as being key to helping Singapore tide over supply-chain disruptions during the pandemic, said that Singapore has three strategies to deal with such crises.

In a wide-ranging interview with The Straits Times' Hairianto Diman, the former Trade and Industry Minister noted that domestic politics in other countries could also deter them from selling to Singapore.
