Professor Teo Yik Ying, dean of NUS' Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, weighs in on the latest developments in the Tan Tock Seng cluster, which has grown to 13 cases.

He also discusses whether tighter curbs need to be reimposed on social gatherings, after it was discovered that the seven other cases linked to the 38-year-old Immigration and Checkpoints Authority officer met for a meal.

The Health Ministry said the eight of them had gathered for a meal, when transmission was likely to have taken place.
