When I first started into entrepreneurship, I thought building a business meant "make a lot of money"...

I would hear people talk about "KPIs", "Systems", "Parts of their business", and "Bottlenecks"... and I remember thinking to myself:

"Yeah, or you could just sell a million dollars in revenue and all your problems would go away."

Boy was I wrong.

I, like many entrepreneurs, didn't understand what it took to build a real business.

And I suffered greatly from it.

The more money I made, the more stressed out I would get, the less time I would have with family and friends, and the deeper the hole I was digging for myself got...

It wasn't until I actually learned the parts of a "real business", and how to use them, that everything changed...

Building a business the right way starts at the beginning... not once you made a million dollars...
