S2 E5: Starters are Struggling / 2-4 Home stand / Scherzer Returns / Verlander Set to Debut / Baty & Alvarez Coming Around

Through 31 games, the boys are 16-15 and are currently struggling a tad. Regardless of whose taking the bump to start, the rotation has continuously failed to go beyond 5 innings, causing major strain and essentially setting the bullpen up to fail. We'll discuss Buck Showalters' decision to keep Denyi Reyes in for a second inning during game 1 of Sunday's double header as well as their comeback win in game 2. We then dive into today's double header in Detroit where the Mets were swept by the lowly Tigers. Max Scherzer returns and Justin Verlander debuts tomorrow.
