The suspect, who has been identified as "Farhad N.", is an immigrant from Afghanistan who was allegedly already marked for deportation due to prior criminal offenses.

AC: Of note, American Vice President JD Vance and Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy were scheduled to meet in Munich for a security conference. As this is a developing situation this morning, it is not clear as to how this terror attack may impact the scheduling of the security conference.

Middle East: This afternoon the USS HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN 75) was involved in a collision with a commercial vessel in the vicinity of Port Said in Egypt. The TRUMAN collided with the M/V BESITKAS-M, a bulk cargo carrier flagged out of Panama, and did not experience any flooding. AC: Very few details have come to light regarding how an American aircraft carrier can even be involved in a collision (due to being surrounded by escort ships and host to extreme levels of security), however it's possible that the collision took place in the very busy waterways leading to the Suez Canal. Even taking into account the challenges of maritime navigation through these waters, it is hard to imagine a scenario in which a collision with an aircraft carrier can occur.

United Kingdom: Limited reporting on social media this afternoon indicated that an incident took place outside the Turkish Consulate in London. A man approached the Consulate and set a Koran on fire while standing on the sidewalk outside the compound. A random passerby promptly stabbed the man. AC: Absolutely zero British media has covered this story, or even mentioned that it happened. As such, no details can verify that this incident actually happened, beyond video evidence posted on social media.

Analyst Comments: The horrific attack in Munich is made more poignant in the context of local German political activity. Three days ago, a very large demonstration involving an estimated 200,000 Germans was carried out in Munich, specifically in opposition to both the AfD political party, and various immigration issues. Three days later, one of the "immigrants" that those people were protesting to keep in their nation, rams his vehicle into a crowd.

As a result (and very likely intended to get ahead of this tragedy reigniting immigration issues), outgoing Chancellor Scholz immediately called for the attacker to be punished and deported, a sharp departure from Germany's very pro-immigration stance across most of the nation. Scholz's very likely replacement, Friedrich Merz, echoed the same sentiments while on the campaign trail, stating that "something has to change in Germany". However, all of this rhetoric is very likely to be more of a knee-jerk reaction rather than a genuine change of heart or policy. For instance, immediately following his statements this morning, Merz announced a new targeting effort aimed at Elon Musk, for allowing Merz's political opposition (yet also very likely to be a coalition partner, the AfD party) to have a presence on Twitter/X.

France: This afternoon an explosion was reported at a bar in the southeastern town of Grenoble. As this is a developing incident, few details remain confirmed. However locals on social media stated that an unknown assailant threw a hand grenade into the bar, resulting in the wounding of at least 10x people. AC: This attack took place in the old Olympic Village, which has become very heavily populated with immigrants from various Middle Eastern nations over the years, many of which have established homegrown storefronts in what traditionally would be described as residential buildings. The area that the attack took place in is only accessible by foot, and appears to be one of these improvised storefronts that does not appear on Google Maps. As such, it is possible that what is being described as a "bar" is probably an "internet cafe" that is being run out the ground floor of an apartment building that serves primarily Middle Eastern clientele; Internet cafes being extremely common features in most Arab nations, and thus usually popping up anywhere a largely Muslim diaspora settles. So far, most of the images/video from the scene indicate that at least a few victims were located in the vicinity of the rear exit door of the internet cafe at grid coordinate: 31T GL 14003 04723. This is most sharply evidenced by images of the attack site, and videos of the victims/witnesses speaking mostly Arabic. In any case French authorities have confirmed that the organized crime bureau will be handling this investigation, indicating that this may be less of a case of deliberate terrorism and more of an organized crime incident.

Germany: Brief controversy was reported yesterday as SECDEF Pete Hegseth conducted a visit to American forces stationed in Europe. A small group of military spouses protested Hegseth's arrival at the U.S. Army garrison in Stuttgart. Separately, middle schoolers at the on-base Patch Middle School staged a walkout in response to Hegseth's visit. Both protest actions were carried out on base, and in opposition to the removal of all DEI initiatives across the Department of Defense.

California: Earlier this afternoon a US Navy aircraft crashed in San Diego Bay. Both crew members were rescued by a local fishing boat after ejecting from their E/A-18G Growler during a training flight. No word yet has been provided on the cause of the incident.

Texas: Yesterday an explosion was reported at a public transportation maintenance depot at the airport in El Paso. 7x people were injured in the blast, which occurred at the Sun Metro Operations Center in the vicinity of the facilities used to perform maintenance on public buses. AC: At the moment, it's not immediately clear as to what caused the blast, but due to the context of El Paso being a sensitive location for more kinetic activities (due to the border crisis, and the growing conflict that is developing), a more thorough investigation into this incident is expected.

Washington D.C. - Substantial anti-corruption efforts continue as before. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed that FEMA was able to halt the transfer of $59 million to NYC, which resulted in the firing of senior FEMA leadership yesterday.

Local reports suggest that a private Learjet 35A experienced a hard landing, which resulted in a landing gear collapse and the subsequent ground collision with another parked jet.

Pennsylvania: Yesterday morning an explosion and subsequent fire were reported at a chemical factory in Crawford County. Shelter-in-place advisories were reported in the vicinity of the Parker Lord Corporation in Saegertown, as the incident resulted in a total of 15x people being hospitalized for various injuries sustained throughout the incident. As of this morning, the fire has been extinguished, and an investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing.

Ohio: Civil disturbances were reported yesterday in Lincoln Heights following various political/social protests. A small group of individuals wearing/carrying neo-Nazi/National Socialist paraphernalia marched along a section of highway in the vicinity of the on-ramp to Interstate 75. The "march" concluded on top of the overpass to the highway, likely so as to allow their demonstration materials (flags, signs, etc) to be seen by passersby on the interstate below.
In response to this demonstration, the residents of the nearby low-income housing projects have emplaced what are self-described as "checkpoints" throughout the area. The main "checkpoint" is located at the corner of Mangham Drive and Dorothy Court, at grid: 16S GJ 19975 46914. Other "checkpoints" have been emplaced throughout the area, however most of the activity could largely be described as the locals of housing projects standing around on various street corners with guns, on the lookout for anyone who they disapprove of. AC: Additionally, locals posted on social media that they slashed the tires of participants of the demonstration on the overpass, though at this time it's possible that random vehicles were attacked, which were not necessarily related to any protest or demonstration.

Analyst Comments: The situation in Ohio, while not entirely uncommon, is at risk of becoming a  local conflagration. As evidenced by the actual people on the street (and their first-hand posts on social media) the dozens of military aged males, all openly armed and demanding for passersby to roll down their windows to check for certain people transiting the area...these are not entirely the hallmarks of a stable situation. On the other side of the conflict, demonstrations by local "neo-Nazis" were absolutely intended to stoke this response, as there really isn't anything in the local area but very heavily-entrenched housing projects. Once the hornet's nest was kicked, the initial "protesters" rapidly moved out of the area. It's not immediately clear as to which group the "neo-Nazi's" were affiliated with as all of the paraphernalia demonstrated during the protest was generic and not indicative of one specific group. This does not appear to have mattered much, however, as they were not on location very long before departing as the locals began to respond to their demonstration. Also of note, the "checkpoints" as geolocated based on social media posts...aren't actually in the community of the armed individuals. A few sites where armed men have been observed are deeper into the housing projects, but the main "checkpoint" is not located at the entrance of a sub-division or apartment complex, rather being situated on a heavily trafficked thoroughfare that leads to a major highway.

After being reported missing, a substantial search remains underway in the vicinity of the aircraft's last known position. The aircraft's manifest included 1x pilot, and 9x passengers.

USA: Concerns are mounting regarding a rise in communicable diseases around the nation. An outbreak of tuberculosis has been reported in Charlotte, NC with 37x people reportedly contracting the disease over the past month. Kansas City health officials have reported 67x active cases of Tuberculosis on the Kansas side of the river (throughout the KCK Metro area) over the past month. AC: It is up for individuals to decide whether or not this is worthy of concern, but the local medical officials in these areas have stated that these outbreaks are above the norm usually experienced this time of year.

Washington: A Catholic Priest was attacked during a feast service Tuesday night. One assailant was arrested after attacking clergymen at the Altar during services at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Lourdes in Spokane. No one was hurt during the scuffle, and services resumed after the man was detained by parishioners.

Analyst Comments: The attack in Spokane is unfortunately not uncommon, as the church has been host to similar incidents many times before due to the downtown location where the church is situated. As such, this situation appears to be more of a case of a mentally unwell individual rather than a deliberate and targeted terror attack. However, the church (and other churches throughout the region) have increased security practices, as the trend of violence being conducted against Christian places of worship continues. The attacker was arrested for assault, and is currently being detained on several other prior outstanding warrants.

Washington D.C. - The White House has walked back President Trumps claims on his plan for Gaza, with the White House stating that the United States will not be sending boots on ground to achieve his goals. The White House also stated that the American taxpayer will not be funding this venture. Yesterday afternoon SECDEF Hegseth reaffirmed American support to Israel, and stated that "all options" are being considered with regards to American involvement in the Middle East.

Also in Washington, scandal continues to develop regarding the audit of USAID, and the various entities that this agency was sending tax dollars to.

Washington: A minor aircraft collision was reported in Seattle, as a Japan Airlines aircraft collided with a Delta aircraft while taxiing. Japan Airlines Flight 68 struck the tail of Delta Flight 1921 last night, resulting in minor damage to both aircraft. AC: No injuries were reported and this appears to be a fairly common aviation mishap.

Washington D.C. - As part of a press conference conducted in conjunction with PM Netanyahu's visit to the United States, President Trump suddenly announced several startling policy decisions. First, President Trump reiterated multiple times that he supports the forced expulsion of every human soul in Gaza, into other nations such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, or Jordan (among others). Secondly, President Trump declared that the United States will seize control of Gaza, and be responsible for managing the entire Strip. AC: As most people were rather taken aback by this bold statement, and even though Trump reiterated his words and articulated his thoughts very clearly, no one is really sure what this means in practice.

Also in Washington, President Trump signed an executive order withdrawing the United States from the United Nations Human Rights Council. AC: It's not clear how this will work out, since this appears to be contradictory to Trump's stated goals in Gaza. For instance, this (and other executive actions) have resulted in a complete defunding of the UNRWA. To many America-first voters, this may seem to be a positive budget cut at face value. However, this agency (and the UN at large) is really the only entity in the region that is corralling the refugees in Gaza. As such, if Trump wants to defund the only civilian groups that can facilitate the mass exodus of Palestinians to wherever they are destined to be, the only other options are to use military logistics to achieve this forced migration.

Analyst Comments: For those that do not understand the sheer magnitude of President Trump's policy decision in Gaza, this is a once-in-a-century policy decision the magnitude of which is impossible to convey. Even if this is a negotiation tactic (for instance, to oversell American involvement, so that the counter-offer of Israeli occupation of Gaza looks reasonable by comparison), this is an unprecedented line of logic altogether. As stated (with much fatigue) many times before, the issue regarding the current war in the Middle East is the most hot-button issue there is, with many states (and the US government) quite literally making certain opinions on this war illegal, to some degree. So right up front, no honest discussion can be had, even by those who have the most innocent and/or neutral intentions. This is one of the most important details to remember moving forward.

Nevertheless, any comments on President Trump's recently announced policy decisions in the Middle East probably will (rather tiresomely) not have much weight at all or be able to change what is about to happen. Pushing aside the literal Merriam-Webster's definition of ethnic cleansing (and the destabilization that brings), if Trump is indeed serious about his aspirations for owning beachfront property in Gaza, he may find that getting there is more challenging than he previously thought. Trump theorizing about invading Greenland or Panama does not ring the same as invading Gaza, one of the most heavily militarized regions on Earth.

Just to wargame the significance of this for a moment, in 1990, the U.S. military invaded Panama as part of Operation Just Cause, with the goal of ousting General Manuel Noriega from power. The United States achieved this goal in 41 days after very little effort on the part of the Panamanian forces. Greenland, being an arctic nation largely centered around one or two main (but still very small) cities would not really be much of a military challenge either. Gaza, on the other hand, presents one of the most significant military challenges possible in warfare...an entrenched adversary, who is strongly dug in throughout an urban area. Even Israel, largel

//BLUF: SHOOTING IN SWEDEN RESULTS IN MASS CASUALTY INCIDENT. TRADE WAR IN NORTH AMERICA PAUSED AS NEGOTIATIONS CONTINUE.//

Sweden: This morning a shooting was reported at an educational facility in Örebro. Approximately 10x fatalities were reported, with many others wounded in the attack.

AC: If accurate, these casualty figures make this attack the deadliest mass shooting in Swedish history. Due to the long-standing social issues in Sweden, information regarding this attack will very likely be suppressed by authorities. Consequently, much like the U.K.'s Southport murders, it will probably take several months for any details to be confirmed beyond a reasonable doubt. Right now, the very unconfirmed rumors circulating on social media suggest this facility, while being touted as a "school" was not a place of education for children, but rather an adult-education facility similar to a community college in the United States. Further rumor suggest that this facility was heavily frequented by immigrants.

North America: Immediately following yesterday's report, both Canada and Mexico capitulated with regards to the trade war, bringing a temporary halt to the tariff threats posed by the United States. More diplomatic negotiations will take place later, but in the meantime Canada has immediately pledged to increase their efforts to combat the illicit Fentanyl trade flowing from Canada into the United States. This will include the appointing of a Fentanyl Czar, and a "Joint Strike Force" that will combat drug trafficking along the border with Canada.

In Mexico, various counter-narcotics campaigns are beginning to take form. Overnight many plane-watchers and aviation enthusiasts noted the presence of very substantial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms operating in the vicinity of Mexico. AC: Many eyebrows were raised due to the observance of an RC-135 RIVET JOINT platform flying a racetrack pattern up and down the Gulf of California. This one of the most capable Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) aircraft in the world. Considering that this airspace was not congested at the time, nor is a common flight path, the crew could easily have flown without their ADS-B transponder turned on, if their goal was to remain covert. Even the most rudimentary internet search also reveals that this platform never flies on a whim, and very substantial military actions usually follow shortly after. Consequently, this move was probably an intentional message to Cartel leadership, either to serve as a warning outright, or to let Cartel members know that all of their communications are under surveillance.

In Los Angeles, an unlawful assembly was declared after crowds became violent. Analyst Comments: In Washington, various protests and general outrage displayed by sitting Congressmen has continued following the de facto closure of USAID. Over the past 24 hours, internal reports released by DOGE have directly tied most of these politicians to "foundations" that were directly getting US tax dollar payouts from USAID. North America: Over the weekend, the two-front trade dispute between the United States, Canada, and Mexico has become more substantial as both Canada and Mexico have announced retaliatory tariffs on imported American goods. In Mexico, following diplomatic discussions, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum has agreed to deploy approximately 10,000 troops to the border with the United States.

AC: If this deployment actually comes to fruition, this will be an absolutely massive effort on the part of Mexico. Right now, the United States has had around 10,000 soldiers deployed to the border region for many years. Of course, this number has fluctuated over the years, but generally speaking it's been a logistical nightmare for the U.S. military. In Mexico, committing 10,000 troops to a border security mission would be completely unheard of. Nevertheless, the agreement has been made, and time will tell if it will hold. Perhaps to sweeten the deal, this morning Mexican authorities captured El Mando Ricky, one of the leaders of the CDN Cartel in Nuevo Laredo. A significant skirmish was reported during this raid, causing the U.S. Consulate to issue a shelter-in-place warning for all Americans in the city.

Greece: Over the past few days the region has been host to substantial seismic activity, with over 200 earthquakes being reported throughout the nation. So far the damage has been minimal, as the earthquakes have been comparatively small, however the increased activity is raising concerns that a larger earthquake may be imminent. Most of the earthquakes have clustered around Santorini, a major volcano. Notably, the earthquakes that have been reported are tectonic and not volcanic in nature, but the risk of a larger event remains elevated nonetheless as the magnitude of these earthquakes has been increasing.

USA: Counter-ICE resistance movements continue to take form, with several protest actions and demonstrations taking place over the weekend. In California, protesters shut down several major highways, and have continued sporadic demonstrations throughout the day. AC: In California, the single greatest method for ensuring that the entire population hates you and your protest movement, is to block traffic. Either way, the demonstrations have continued throughout the state.

Washington D.C. - Since President Trump's inauguration (and thus the creation of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)), many items of note have come to light regarding corruption, inefficiency, money laundering, and so on. For instance, USAID (the main agency responsible for the distribution of financial aid to foreign nations) has largely been shut down and their duties delegated to the State Department.

AC: While the exact reasons for this have not entirely been made public yet, from the outside looking in, it appears as though USAID was largely serving as mostly a money laundering platform, which was automatically issuing payments, even to known terror groups (which is not a new problem, this has been going on publicly for years).

Just a few reminders for everyone who's just become aware of us, in order to keep these briefings from being several hours long, I can't cover everything. I'm probably covering 1% of the world events when we conduct these briefings, so please remember that if I left it out, it doesn't necessarily mean that it's unimportant. Also, remember that I do these briefings quite often, so I might have covered an issue previously that you might not see if you are only watching our most recent videos. I'm also doing this in my spare time, so again I fully admit that these briefings aren't even close to being perfect; I'm going for a healthy blend of speed and quality. If I were to wait and only post a brief when it's "perfect" I would never post anything at all. So expect some minor errors here and there.
