The New Year. It is a time when promises are made. Crazy items are written down as "resolutions." Resolution is defined as "a firm decision to do or not to do something." It is a firm decision. It will well thought out. You have sat in your thinking chair and have mulled these items over and over in your mind. Whether they are to make you a better person or make you a healthier person, you have given them much thought and have decided "I need to do this starting now."  Baby steps, as many say, are how most of us walk when it comes to life-change. You will never run if you don't get up on your hands and knees and take that first step.
